2025-2026 Registration Forms
Applications must be accompanied with payment; therefore, applications will not be accepted online. Acceptance into class is still based on first-come first-serve policy, so be sure to get your forms and payment in as soon as possible beginning Jan 9th (Priority) or Jan 15th (General). The $50 application fee is only required once per child; so if your child is returning to Tree of Life for another school year, the $50 fee is waived for this year’s application.
Registration forms and application fees can be mailed or dropped off at the church front desk (door located on Silver Spring Dr.)
